This website has no forms. We only process the data you provide when you write to us by email or WhatsApp: typically your name, phone or email, and any company information you choose to share.

What we use it for

To respond to your query, prepare a demo or a quote, and, if you become a customer, manage the business relationship.

Your consent when you contact us and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request or maintain the business relationship, and afterward for whatever period the law requires.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, by Google.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability of your data by writing to proyectos@azucar-estudio.com. If you believe we haven't properly handled your request, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own server, without connecting to third-party services. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will state it here and request your consent when required.
