  • Invoices

    Issue PDF invoices to your clients and bill the shipments you already have in PackTrack, without typing them again.

  • Expenses

    Log each expense with its category and account. Snap a photo of the receipt and it fills itself in; fixed costs, like warehouse rent, repeat every month.

  • Income and accounts

    Record payments received by category and account. The dashboard shows the balance, income, expenses, and net savings for the period.

  • Stock control

    Set up your warehouses and products and check the stock in each one. Every inbound, outbound, or sale is logged as a movement, so you know what you have and where.

  • Point of sale

    Sell at the counter, print the receipt, and review your sales history.

  • Budgets and reports

    Create budgets and compare expenses, income, and profit by category and by period.

What is PackTrack Finanzas?
An app for PDF invoices, expenses from a receipt photo, income by account, stock control, warehouses, point of sale, budgets, and reports. Use it on its own or alongside PackTrack, with the same user account.
Can I use Finanzas without PackTrack?
Yes. Finanzas works on its own. If you use both, you share company, users, and permissions, and you can bill PackTrack packages without copying them by hand.
How much does Finanzas cost?
Between €80 and €100 a month. We give you the exact price during the demo.
Is it VeriFactu compliant?
Not yet. The VeriFactu integration, the Spanish Tax Agency's verifiable invoicing system, is in development.
Does it connect to my bank?
Not yet. We're integrating a banking provider so you can see your bank transactions and match them to your expenses and income.
